After a successful deployment of the Robocop Law Enforcement unit, OCP sees its goal of urban pacification closer and closer. But as this develops, a new narcotic known as “Nuke” invades the streets, leaded by God-delirious leader Kane. As this whole menace grows, it may even prove to be too much for Murphy to handle. OCP tries to replicate the success of the first unit, but ends up in failed prototypes with suicidal issues… until Dr. Faxx, scientist straying away from OCP´s path uses Kane as the new subject for the Robocop 2 project, a living God.

A gang of forty motorcyclists, the Black Rebels Motorcycle Club, gate-crash a legitimate motorcycle race. They are eventually thrown out, but one of the gang steals the second prize trophy and gives it to their leader, Johnny. The gang then ride into Wrightsville, where they race up and down the main street before piling into Bleekers - the local bar. The owner of the bar is happy to let the bikers spend their money, so does not support the sheriff’s attempt to address any disturbances. Stuck in town following an accident to a Black Rebel, Johnny falls for the sheriff’s daughter and tries to impress her with the trophy. When a rival gang, The Beetles, ride into town, trouble is just around the corner.

Johnny Hooker is a young con-man who is being taught by Luther. One day they pull one of their con jobs and net themselves a huge roll. And it turns out that the boss, Doyle Lonigan, considers it an attack on him and orders all the people involved terminated. After hearing what happened to Luther and seeing how hungry Hooker is for payback, he assembles a gang and decides to con Lonigan. While everything seems to be going ok, there is just the problem of the hit on Hooker and Snyder, whom Hooker paid off with counterfeit money.
