show all Geoff Callan was raised in San Francisco. Geoff graduated from St. Mary's College, located in Moraga, California. He was also awarded a NCAA division I golf Scholarship and served as team captain. Geoff was classically trained at the prestigious American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. It was there where he landed a lead role in Neil Simon's "The Odd Couple", playing the role of Felix Unger at the Magic Theater of the Bay Area, and the lead in the PBS television special Pine Summit Base. To follow were lead roles in three original plays: "The Barlow Story", "The Bird Returns", and "The Detectives' Club". Shortly thereafter, Geoff moved to Southern California to study at the distinguished Beverly Hills Playhouse. He soon landed guest roles on "Bold and the Beautiful, The" (1987)", "General Hospital" (1963)", "Sightings" (1992)", the NBC Television pilot Dinner Party and NBC's hit sitcom "Frasier" (1993)". He has also appeared in numerous national and regional commercials which include: Bud Light, Titleist Golf Balls, Honda, Fox Sports, Chili's Restaurant, Diet Pepsi, The Ritz Carlton, Rugby Magazine, Big Bear Super Market, Southern Bell, Dodge, and PUR Water. Geoff has continued his on-screen success with a lead role in the independent film "Between Somewhere and Salinas (1996)", as well as supporting roles in New Line Cinema's "Set It Off (1996)" directed by F. Gary Gray and staring Jada Pinkett Smith and Blair Underwood; "Raising Cain (1992)" directed by Brian De Palma; "Showgirls (1995)" directed by Paul Verhoeven ; "Land of Milk and Honey (1996)" directed by Joe Destein; "Slammed (2001)" directed by Brian Thomas Jones; "Happily Even After (2004)" directed by 'Un SU Lee' ; and Twisted directed by Philip Kaufman. Most recently, Geoff has a co-starring role in The Pursuit of Happyness, starring Will Smith and directed by Gabriele Muccino; and in Zodiac, Directed by David Fincher.
