Although life hasn’t turned out the way they once dreamed, life-long buddies Mark, McGriff and Jason are managing to stay above water in their small Pennsylvania hometown. Mark, whose fleeting college football glory has morphed into a dangerous obsession with gambling, McGriff, the beer truck driver who has never let go of his rock-n-roll aspirations, and Jason the high school Valedictorian working as a clerk in an office supply store. After the death of Marl’s Dad and McGriff’s discovery of his wife’s infidelity, the guys embark on a cross country road trip to a football game, boozing and misbehaving every step of the way. It takes them to a book in the White House(which they break into also)and they even steal a page from the book. But in order to see more from the book, their choice is either get elected president or kidnap the President of the United States. Which do they choose? It’s obvious. The conspiracy then crosses to Mount Rushmore and they even mention the JFK conspiracy. Could Ben clear his family’s name? Or will his family be known as the descendant of Abraham Licoln’s murderer?

Dorchester, one of the toughest neighborhoods in all of Boston, is no place for the weak or innocent. A conflict develops between a troubled Vietnam veteran and the sister he lives with when she becomes involved romantically with the army buddy who reminds him of the tragic battle they both survived.
