Ricky tracks down some allegedly bad frat boys, ties them up and sings them cheesy 80s heavy metal songs until they confess to their crime… well, one of them confesses to his crime… but just as he confesses, he breaks free from his ropes and begins going on a killing spree!

Two years after OCTOBER MOON (2005) (V), two men enter the lives of the survivors, holding the keys to saving them from their misery…or perhaps creating it. The men have a shared secret about their own pasts which will force the women to confront their own fears and guilt over the events which have already destroyed them. When the truth comes out, the terror once again begins as each of the women and both men are tossed into scenario after scenario of bloodshed, torture and the ultimate hell of death, mutilation and destruction.

An eighteen-year-old high school girl is left at home by her parents and she decides to have a slumber party. There is friction between some of the invited guests and the new girl, who is better at basketball than they, so the new girl decides to stay at home (which is conveniently across the street from the host’s house). Meanwhile, a murderer of five people with a propensity for power tools has escaped and is at large, and eventually makes his way to the party, where the guests begin experiencing an attrition problem, with only the new girl to help them.

The battle between the living dead and the undead has begun!
